1. Service Overview

Beeplist is a content discovery platform that helps users find and share YouTube content. We aggregate and display content from YouTube creators to help users discover new channels and content. All content remains hosted on YouTube, and we serve solely as a discovery platform.

2. Content Rights

All content displayed on Beeplist originates from and remains the property of YouTube creators. We respect creators’ rights and will immediately remove any content upon creator request. Content creators can request permanent exclusion from our platform, and we maintain a blacklist to ensure compliance with these requests.

3. Newsletter Terms

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree that your email address may be used across current and future Beeplist properties and promotional campaigns. You also agree that you are above the age of 18. While we never sell or share your email with third parties, we retain the right to use it across our platform ecosystem. You may opt out at any time, though we retain email records for administrative purposes.

4. Giveaway Terms

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older
  • Valid government-issued ID required for prize claims
  • One entry per person; multiple accounts result disqualifications
  • Previous winners must wait 6 months before entering new giveaways
  • Worldwide participation allowed (international shipping costs may apply)

Winner Selection & Prize Claims

  • Winners selected via certified random generator
  • Winners notified via registered email address
  • 14 days to claim prize with valid ID verification
  • Unclaimed prizes redrawn after 14 days
  • Prizes shipped only to verified addresses matching ID
  • Bot usage or manipulation results in permanent disqualification

Verification Process

  • Winners must provide government-issued ID matching registration details
  • Email address must match initial registration
  • Address verification required for physical prizes
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification
  • Failure to provide verification results in prize forfeiture

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Not create multiple entries
  • Not use automated systems or bots
  • Not manipulate entry systems
  • Respond to verification requests within specified timeframes

6. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these terms at any time
  • Cancel or modify giveaways
  • Verify user identities
  • Remove users violating terms
  • Block IP addresses associated with abuse
  • Update platform features without notice

7. Limitations

  • We are not responsible for YouTube platform changes
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Technical issues on YouTube’s platform
  • User interactions with external platforms
  • Prize availability changes
